Basketball Game Preview: Casteel Colts vs. Chandler Wolves

The Casteel Colts will take on the Chandler Wolves at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Casteel is headed into Friday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Tuesday. They lost 57-37 to Hamilton. While losing is never fun, the Colts can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arizona basketball rankings (they are ranked 67th, while the Huskies are ranked 17th).

Meanwhile, Chandler suffered their biggest loss since January 12, 2024 on Tuesday. They came up short against Perry, falling 69-49. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Chandler's defeat dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Casteel, their loss dropped their record down to 12-10.

Casteel was able to grind out a solid win over Chandler in their previous matchup on January 10th, winning 45-35. Does Casteel have another victory up their sleeve, or will Chandler turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
