Basketball Recap: Juab Starts Season with Loss on the Road

Juab had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a 58-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ogden Tigers on Wednesday. The Wasps were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February.

Jackson Maw had an outrageously good game for Ogden as he almost dropped a double-double with 21 points and nine rebounds. Briggs Galbraith was another key player, putting up eight points.

Coming up, Juab will venture away from home to square off against Emery at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ogden, they will welcome Mountain Crest at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
