Soccer Recap: Blair Takes a Loss

Blair was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They lost 6-1 to the La Canada Spartans. While losing is never fun, Blair can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 946th, while La Canada are ranked 192nd).

Blair's goal came courtesy of Dana Kunitake, who's now up to three this season.

Blair's defeat dropped their record down to 1-15-1. As for La Canada, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-7-4 record this season.

Blair does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for La Canada, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Woodrow Wilson on the 12th.
