Volleyball Recap: Highland Beats River Valley for Their Third Straight Victory

Highland extended their postseason success on Monday against River Valley. They put the hurt on the Vikings with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win was nothing new for the Fighting Scots as they're now sitting on three straight.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-23, 25-17.

Despite the loss, River Valley still got an impressive performance from Arianna Osborne, who had 19 digs and one assist. Osborne is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last five games she's played.

Highland's victory bumped their record up to 17-7. As for River Valley, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-11 record this season.

As of now, neither Highland nor River Valley have any future games scheduled.
