Basketball Recap: Palisades Takes a Loss

Palisades was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They took a 48-29 bruising from the Brandywine Heights Area Bullets. If the Pirates were looking for revenge after losing 56-48 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Despite the loss, Palisades still got an impressive performance from Will Anderson, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten boards. What's more, Anderson also racked up three blocks, the most he's had since back in December of 2024. Jack Trickel was another key player, putting up three points and five rebounds.

Palisades' defeat dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Brandywine Heights Area, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-5.

Palisades has already played their next contest (against Northern Lehigh), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Brandywine Heights Area has also has no score uploaded for their next match, this one against Tulpehocken.
