Baseball Recap: Hancock Takes a Loss

Hancock lost against Brandon/Evansville on Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Owls lost 14-4 to the Chargers. The game marked the Owls' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Hancock's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Brandon/Evansville, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 7-1.

Hancock will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Ortonville at 4:30 p.m. on the 19th. As for Brandon/Evansville, they will take on Ashby at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Chargers are facing the Arrows at the right time seeing as the Arrows are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
