Casteel has gone 6-0 against Higley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Casteel Colts will welcome the Higley Knights at 6:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Casteel fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Mesa on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jackrabbits. While losing is never fun, the Colts can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arizona soccer rankings (they are ranked 25th, while the Jackrabbits are ranked fifth).

Meanwhile, Higley was not able to break out of their rough patch back in December of 2024 as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 5-0 to South Mountain.

Higley's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Casteel, they now have a losing record at 3-4-2.

Everything went Casteel's way against Higley in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, as Casteel made off with a 5-0 win. Does Casteel have another victory up their sleeve, or will Higley turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
