Volleyball Recap: Lodi Takes a Loss

Lodi lost against West back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Flames fell 3-1 to the Wolfpack. The Flames have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lodi started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The final score came out to 24-26, 25-22, 25-22, 25-14.

Matthew Deleon was a one-man wrecking crew For West. as he had 25 digs and four assists. Those four assists gave Deleon a new career-high.

Lodi's loss dropped their record down to 11-9. As for West, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-6.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Lodi is set to square off against their familiar foe Lincoln at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, West will take on rival Kimball at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
