Basketball Recap: Harper Comes Up Short

Harper lost to Prairie City on January 6th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Hornets took a 60-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers. The Hornets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Harper's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Prairie City, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-6.

Harper has already played their next contest, a 60-53 loss against Prairie City/Burnt River on the 23rd. As for Prairie City, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 62-35 win against Four Rivers on the 24th.
