Softball Recap: Fieldcrest Takes a Loss

Fieldcrest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 16-1 to the Henry-Senachwine Mallards. That's two games in a row now that the Knights have lost by exactly 15 runs.

Fieldcrest's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Henry-Senachwine, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 11-2.

Fieldcrest has already played their next game, an 18-0 loss against Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley on the 25th. As for Henry-Senachwine, they will challenge Stark County at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
