Basketball Recap: Ravenna Snaps Three-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Ravenna lost against Shelby back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Ravenna Bulldogs took a hard 50-35 fall against the Shelby Tigers.

Ravenna's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-4. As for Shelby, the victory (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 10-1.

Ravenna will host Newaygo at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Shelby, they are taking a road trip to take on Oakridge at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The timing isn't great for Oakridge: they have been struggling with three straight losses at home, while Shelby has snatched up seven consecutive wins on the road.
