Richards gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. They skirted past the Farragut Admirals 3-2.
Richards hit Farragut with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Ashley Marcial,
Laura Saavedra, and
Naomi Apolinar.
Farragut now has a losing record at 1-2.
Richards will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Horizon Science Academy-Southwest at 5:00 p.m. on April 2nd. As for Farragut, they are on the road again on Wednesday to play Phoenix Military at 5:00 p.m.
