Volleyball Recap: North Springs Comes Up Short + How To Watch

North Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the St. Francis Knights. If the Spartans were looking for revenge after losing 2-1 to the Knights when the teams met back in September of 2019, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-9.

St. Francis' victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Emon Stephens, who had 14 assists and four digs.

North Springs' loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for St. Francis, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4.

North Springs didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Atlanta International on the 14th. As for St. Francis, they will head out on the road to challenge King's Ridge Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
