Volleyball Recap: Centaurus Takes a Loss

Centaurus saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Pueblo West Cyclones.

Violet Morrandez paced Centaurus' offense, picking up three kills. Morrandez got some help from Mila Weinstein and her two assists. Sophie Lamprecht controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Centaurus' loss dropped their record down to 13-10. As for Pueblo West, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 19-3.

Centaurus does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pueblo West, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Castle View on the 1st.
