Volleyball Recap: Purdue Polytechnic Comes Up Short

Purdue Polytechnic saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indianapolis Scecina Memorial Crusaders. The Techies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Camara Walker-Brown paced Purdue Polytechnic's offense, picking up three kills. Walker-Brown got some help from Juanya Hatchett and her three assists. Magdalena Wiegel controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Purdue Polytechnic's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Indianapolis Scecina Memorial, they now have a winning record of 8-7.

Purdue Polytechnic didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Batesville on the 20th. As for Indianapolis Scecina Memorial, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Seymour on the 20th.
