Volleyball Recap: Birch Run Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Birch Run faced off against Three Rivers on Saturday. The Panthers fell 2-0 to the Wildcats. The loss continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost three in a row.

Birch Run's defeat dropped their record down to 27-13-3. As for Three Rivers, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 30-12-3.

Birch Run didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Mt. Morris on the 21st. As for Three Rivers, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Gull Lake on the 21st.
