Basketball Recap: Brookwood Extends Home Winning Streak to Eight

Brookwood had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25.7 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Monday. They walked away with a 49-38 victory over the North Gwinnett Bulldogs. This was a revenge game for the Broncos: when they faced off against the Bulldogs last Friday, they had to take a 45-43 loss.

Brookwood pushed their record up to 17-10 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.8 points over those games. As for North Gwinnett, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-9.
