Lincoln put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Roosevelt Rough Riders 55-7. Given the Patriots' advantage in MaxPreps' South Dakota football rankings (they are ranked first, while the Rough Riders are ranked 25th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lincoln's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Roosevelt, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Lincoln is set to take on their familiar foe Jefferson at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Roosevelt will face off against rival Brandon Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
