Recap: South Delta Bulldogs vs. Simmons Blue Devils
The South Delta Bulldogs had already won ten in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.9 points), and they went ahead and made it 11 on Wednesday. They took down Simmons 73-57. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
South Delta's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jamichael Green, who dropped a triple-double on 18 points, ten rebounds, and 11 assists. Green is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last 12 games he's played. Emmanuel Sutton was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 14 points and 13 rebounds.
South Delta is on a roll lately: they've won 15 of their last 16 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season. As for Simmons, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-14.
South Delta does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Simmons also has no future games currently scheduled.
