Basketball Recap: Howe Piles Up the Points Against Wister

Howe won against Wister last Monday with 59 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. The Howe Lions blew past the Wister Wildcats, posting a 59-19 win. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matches by 28 points or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Howe and bumps their season record up to 11-8. As for Wister, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-14 record this season.

Howe will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Vian at 6:00 p.m. on January 31st. As for Wister, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 59-30 defeat against Whitesboro on the 22nd.
