Volleyball Recap: Wendover Takes a Loss

Wendover was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the St. Joseph Jayhawks, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Jayhawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-14, 25-12.

Wendover's loss dropped their record down to 4-18. As for St. Joseph, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season.

Wendover has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Tintic on the 27th. As for St. Joseph, they will face off against Ben Lomond at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
