New Palestine extended their road winning streak to ten games thanks to a huge performance from Julius Gizzi. The New Palestine Dragons came out on top against the Warren Central Warriors by a score of 67-60 on Thursday thanks in part to Gizzi, who went 7-for-13 en route to 30 points and six boards. His evening made it 26 games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points.

Evan Darrah was another key player, putting up eight points. What's more, he also posted a 67% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's achieved since back in December of 2024.

New Palestine is on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-3 record this season. Warren Central's loss dropped their record down to 13-8.

Coming up, New Palestine will face off against Rushville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. New Palestine knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 24 matches -- so hopefully Rushville likes a good challenge. Warren Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
