Soccer Recap: Cannon Comes Up Short

Cannon fought the good fight in their overtime game against Carmel Christian on Wednesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of Carmel Christian by a score of 2-1. That's two games in a row now that Cannon has lost by just one goal.

Cannon is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4. As for Carmel Christian, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cannon will welcome Davidson Day at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Carmel Christian, they will host Gaston Day at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
