Baseball Recap: Westwood Comes Up Short

Westwood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 13-1 to the West Rusk Raiders.

Westwood's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for West Rusk, the victory got them back to even at 2-2-1.

Westwood and West Rusk's offenses will be put to the test in their next games. Westwood will square off against Fairfield at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, a team that's only allowed four runs per game. Similarly, West Rusk and Harleton (who has only given up 2.5 runs per game) will meet at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
