Volleyball Game Preview: Fremont Eagles vs. Westview Warriors

The Fremont Eagles will square off against the Westview Warriors at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Fremont lost 3-0 to Lakeland on Tuesday. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Lakers recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

While Fremont was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Lakeland's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-17, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Westview got the win against Central Noble on Tuesday by a conclusive 3-0. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-18, 25-21.

Fremont's loss dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Westview, the victory got them back to even at 11-11.
