Coral Academy of Science - Reno was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They took a blow against the North Tahoe Lakers, falling 67-16. The Falcons were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 44-12.

Cormac Springsteel continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for North Tahoe, going 11 of 14 on his way to 30 points in addition to eight rebounds and five steals. Springsteel has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Seth Hendricks, who posted ten points and four steals.

Coral Academy of Science - Reno's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. As for North Tahoe, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 12-6.
