Collinsville put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victors by a 47-27 margin over the Bartlesville Bruins. That's more bragging rights for the Cardinals, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Collinsville's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Scott Rigby, who rushed for 229 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.9 yards per carry. That's the most rushing yards Rigby has posted since back in September of 2024. Another passer making a difference was Carter Vaughan, who threw for 246 yards and four TDs while completing 81.2% of his passes.
On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Collinsville's defense and their six sacks. In that department, Jackson Arnett was the leader with four. Despite the final result, he threw for 376 yards and three touchdowns while completing 78.9% of his passes, and also rushed for 82 yards and one score. The Bruins' leading receiver Harrison Ketchum was Kent's top target yet again, picking up 174 receiving yards and one TD.
Collinsville's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Bartlesville, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
Collinsville wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 24-21 loss against Del City on the 26th. As for Bartlesville, they have also already played their next matchup, a 51-0 defeat against Charles Page on the 26th.
