Franklin proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 40) but on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Wilson Mules 26-23. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Panthers also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2023.

Albert Cardenas looked great while leading his team to the win, rushing for 36 yards and three touchdowns. Jayden Steele also helped out with an impressive 81 receiving yards.
