Soccer Recap: Chisholm Trail Comes Up Short

Chisholm Trail was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Saginaw Rough Riders. The match was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Rangers couldn't quite close it out.

Chisholm Trail's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Saginaw, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-5-2.

Looking ahead, Chisholm Trail will head out to square off against Granbury at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Saginaw, they will square off against Fossil Ridge at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
