Russell Christian Academy extended their winning streak to six games thanks to a huge performance from Bo Morphis. The Warriors were the clear victors by a 36-12 margin over the Tabernacle Torches on Friday thanks in part to Morphis, who rushed for 55 yards, and also threw for 36 yards and one TD. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 50 yards.

Russell Christian Academy's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB four times. Joshua Moore refused to say out of the backfield, picking up two sacks all by himself. Russell Christian Academy got some further help from Moore: he picked up two sacks and made five total tackles (3.0 for loss).

Russell Christian Academy's record is now 8-2. As for Tabernacle, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-6.

As of now, neither Russell Christian Academy nor the Torches have any future games scheduled.
