Soccer Recap: Michigan Lutheran Takes a Loss

Michigan Lutheran was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Watervliet Panthers. That's two games in a row now that Michigan Lutheran have lost by just one goal.

Michigan Lutheran now has a losing record of 4-5-1. As for Watervliet, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-3-1.

Coming up, Michigan Lutheran will venture away from home to face off against New Buffalo at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Watervliet, they will welcome Saugatuck at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
