For the second straight game, Marquette will face off against Henry-Senachwine. The Crusaders will welcome the Mallards at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Marquette is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 12.1 runs per game this season.

Marquette is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Henry-Senachwine just ended the team's 11-game winning streak on Monday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mallards. The Crusaders were red-hot at the plate heading into the match (they scored no less than ten runs in the six games prior), but the Mallards' pitcher proved too tough.

Marquette saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Avery Durdan, who went 2-for-3 with one double.

The win (which was Henry-Senachwine's fifth in a row) raised their record to 9-2. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Marquette, their loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 13-2.
