Lakeland Christian Academy waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They enjoyed a cozy 64-50 win over the Eastside Blazers.

Leading Lakeland Christian Academy to victory were Micah Martin and Josiah Rice. Martin posted 33 points, while Rice put up 23 points. Rice's evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least 22 points.

Lakeland Christian Academy pushed their record up to 8-10 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.4 points over those games. As for Eastside, they are on a 22-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-17.

Coming up, Lakeland Christian Academy will be playing at home against South Bend Career Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Eastside, they are taking a road trip to face off against Garrett at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Garrett is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.4 points per game this season.
