Volleyball Recap: Snow Canyon Takes a Loss

Snow Canyon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Mountain Ridge Sentinels, falling 3-0. The Warriors were not able to make up for their loss to the Sentinels from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Mountain Ridge was led to victory by Madi Ryan and Anna Marshall. Ryan had ten digs and three assists, while Marshall had six digs and two aces. That's the most aces Marshall has posted over her last eight matchups.

Snow Canyon's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Mountain Ridge, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-1.

Snow Canyon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Maple Mountain on the 5th. As for Mountain Ridge, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Pleasant Grove on the 5th.
