Basketball Recap: Morse Takes a Loss

Morse lost against Erskine Academy on January 2nd and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Morse Shipbuilders were outmatched by the Erskine Academy Eagles and fell 69-34.

Morse's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Erskine Academy, they pushed their record up to 13-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Morse will host Leavitt at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Erskine Academy, they will square off against Mount View at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Mount View will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something Erskine Academy surely won't give up without a fight.
