Basketball Recap: Bucyrus Comes Up Short

Bucyrus won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Friday. They took a blow against the Colonel Crawford Eagles, falling 65-33. The Redmen haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Bucyrus' defeat dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Colonel Crawford, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-1.

Bucyrus will venture away from home to challenge Vanlue at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Colonel Crawford, they will welcome Willard at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
