Dakota put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Galena Pirates by a score of 50-38. The Indians have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Pirates, too.

Dakota's record now sits at 3-0. As for Galena, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Dakota will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Forreston at 6:45 p.m. on December 9. The contest will give the Indians their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Galena, they are taking a road trip to challenge Cuba City at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
