Goldendale is a perfect 10-0 against Highland since October of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Timberwolves will host the Scots at 6:00 p.m. Goldendale will be strutting in after a victory while Highland will be coming in after a loss.

Goldendale proved they can win big on Saturday (they won by three) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Cle Elum-Roslyn 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Timberwolves have posted since October 24, 2024.

Goldendale took Cle Elum-Roslyn into a fifth set where they got it done with a three-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-11, 19-25, 22-25, 15-12.

Meanwhile, Highland came up short against La Salle on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

The win got Goldendale back to even at 6-6. As for Highland, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

Goldendale beat Highland 3-1 in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Will the Timberwolves repeat their success, or do the Scots have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
