Cromwell has gone 9-1 against Westbrook recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Panthers will host the Knights at 4:15 p.m. Westbrook took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Cromwell, who comes in off a win.

Cromwell's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They came out on top against Bolton by a score of 5-0 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). The win was a breath of fresh air for the Panthers as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Westbrook's offense. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Hale Ray on Thursday. Having soared to a lofty 20 runs in the game before, the Knights' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Cromwell now has a winning record of 10-9. As for Westbrook, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-10.

Everything went Cromwell's way against Westbrook in their previous matchup back in April, as Cromwell made off with a 13-2 victory. Will the Panthers repeat their success, or do the Knights have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
