On Saturday, everything came up roses for the Newcastle Racers against the Mount St. Mary Rockets as the team secured a 56-27 victory. The Racers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matches by 20 points or more this season.

Newcastle has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.1 points over those games. Mount St. Mary has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-14 record this season.

Newcastle will venture away from home to challenge Blanchard at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Blanchard has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. Mount St. Mary does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
