Baseball Recap: Santaluces Chiefs vs. Park Vista Cobras
Santaluces has not done well against Park Vista recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Santaluces Chiefs had just enough and edged the Park Vista Cobras out 4-2. Winning may never get old, but Santaluces sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Samir Hurtado was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run and only one hit over four innings pitched. Hurtado was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with a triple and a run.

As for Park Vista, they will head out on the road to face off against Boca Raton at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Boca Raton's pitching crew has only allowed 2.1 runs per game this season, so Park Vista's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
