Basketball Recap: KIPP Global Sets Scoring Season-High Against Hunters Lane

KIPP Global's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They managed a 61-55 win over the Hunters Lane Warriors. The Huskies' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Joshua Todd was a one-man wrecking crew as he dropped a double-double with 19 points and 14 boards. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 45.5% shooting accuracy. Cody Sanchez was another key player, putting up 13 points and six assists.

KIPP Global's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Hunters Lane, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Looking ahead, KIPP Global will square off against Glencliff at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hunters Lane has already played their next contest (against Giles County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
