Richland can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Denton Broncos as they made off with a 9-1 victory. The Royals might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Stacy Jennings made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out 11 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. Jennings was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.

In other batting news, Mia Berain and Chauncey Guerrero did most of the damage at the plate: Berain scored three runs and stole three bases while going 3-for-5, while Guerrero scored a run and stole two bases while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances. That's the most runs Berain has posted since back in February. Alyssa Flores was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one triple and one run.

Richland always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .590. They are 8-1 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Richland's win bumped their record up to 12-7-2. As for Denton, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-15-1.
