Football Game Recap: Otis vs. Arickaree/Woodlin

Arickaree/Woodlin took an ego-bruising loss against Stratton/Liberty last Friday, but they kept their chin up and bounced back on Friday. Arickaree/Woodlin captured a comfortable 66-50 victory over Otis. Yes, you read that final score correctly. Yes, this was football.

Arickaree/Woodlin's win brought them up to 5-2. The defeat dropped Otis' record to 5-3.

After their action against one another, the teams are leaving the conference to test themselves against outside opponents. Next week Arickaree/Woodlin will take on North Park at 1:00 PM. As for Otis, they will face off against Cheyenne Wells. Both of those teams have set a high bar for this contest after stand-out offensive performances in their previous contests.
