After flying high against Brethren last Wednesday, Evart came back down to earth. The Evart Wildcats took a 73-60 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Beal City Aggies on Thursday. The defeat continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Aggies: they've now lost nine in a row.
Several Wildcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Dakobe White, who almost dropped a double-double on 12 points and nine rebounds.
