Soccer Game Preview: Donoho vs. Sylacauga

The Donoho Falcons will head out to challenge the Sylacauga Aggies at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams are strolling into their matchups after big wins in their previous games.

Sylacauga will be up against a hot Donoho team: the squad just extended their winning streak to three. The Falcons never let Cleburne County get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory on Saturday. Donoho's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three contests.

They hit Cleburne County with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Lauren Wigley, Chloe Melton, Isabella Romero, and Sophia Sanders.

Meanwhile, Sylacauga hasn't lost a match since February 17th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Thursday. They blew past Horseshoe Bend 6-0. Considering Sylacauga have won three matches by more than five goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Donoho's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Sylacauga, the victory got them back to even at 4-4-2.
