Soccer Game Preview: Newport - Bellevue vs. Bothell/Inglemoor

Newport - Bellevue is a perfect 4-0 against Bothell/Inglemoor since April of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. The Knights will head out to face off against the Cougars at 1:00 p.m. Bothell/Inglemoor took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Newport - Bellevue, who comes in off a win.

Newport - Bellevue's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 5-0 margin over North Creek. The result was nothing new for Newport - Bellevue, who have now won six matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Bothell/Inglemoor challenged Mount Si on Tuesday. The Cougars took a 4-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats. Bothell/Inglemoor have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Newport - Bellevue's victory bumped their record up to 9-2-2. As for Bothell/Inglemoor, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-6-2.

Newport - Bellevue was able to grind out a solid win over Bothell/Inglemoor in their previous matchup back in May of 2025, winning 5-3. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
