Cardinal Newman extended their postseason success on Saturday against Porter-Gaud. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Cyclones. The win was nothing new for the Cardinals as they're now sitting on six straight.

Emerson Ramsdale was the offensive standout of the match as she had eight digs and two aces. That's the most aces she has posted over her last five contests.

Cardinal Newman's victory bumped their record up to 44-9. As for Porter-Gaud, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 22-20 record this season.

Cardinal Newman wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Palmetto Christian Academy on the 28th. Porter-Gaud does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
