Volleyball Recap: Grandview Prep Comes Up Short

Grandview Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to The Greene School Dolphins.

While Grandview Prep was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into The Greene School's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-7, 25-17, 25-22.

Grandview Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for The Greene School, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-4.

After both having extra time off, Grandview Prep and Donna Klein Jewish Academy will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for The Greene School, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on St. John Paul II Academy at 5:00 p.m. on the 29th.
