Volleyball Recap: Chetopa Takes a Loss

Chetopa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Uniontown Eagles. If the Hornets were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Eagles when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-12.

Chetopa's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Uniontown, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-9.

After both having extra time off, Chetopa and Northeast will shake off the rust and duke it out on Tuesday. Uniontown has already played their next game (against St. Paul), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
